The Implementation Group did not meet on 6th February at The Henley College because of the snow, the meeting was not rescheduled but the main agenda items - protocols - will be taken forward  to March 5th meeting. 



On the 12th February Area Board will met to discuss funding and budgets. The document related to the decisions made in this meeting is called "Diploma Progress" and can be downloaded from this section of the site



The Oxfordshire Implementation Group also met on 12th. The transport coordinator introduced herself, we discussed arrangements for the FLT and the coordinator requested further support from the LA.



The coordinator met with Business in the Community and the Headteachers of Gillotts and Icknield. The coordinator has begun to meet with business representatives on the OEP and this may generate some mutually beneficial work.



We heard  that our bid for the ELB capital fund had been declined.



The coordinator has also met with a coach and discussed progress.



An IAG audit has been booked.
