 KFES Ltd is a registered provider for CfBT's Young, Gifted and Talented Programme. Our current project is:

Eloquence, Force, Truth and Expression

“Eloquence, force, truth and expression” will ensure that the young people engaged with the programme become more confident in ways that cannot be achieved through traditional curriculum means.



The essence of the programme is to provide a “real world” mindset of making civic participation and leadership meaningfully related to future career opportunities.



The programme will be uniquely innovative and ambitious; providing much-needed breadth and a cross-curricular dimension, it is easily tracked into prevailing themes and priorities in UK and international YG+T provision.



YG+T students will develop leadership roles in speaking, managing and decision-making activities through exposure to skilled leading professionals.



The links the schools cultivate will be retained – and will provide a constant feedback loop of skilled professionals willing to assist in such activities.



The programme will create a unifying structure linking the contributions of a number of high-level organisations to a compelling and coherent single idea for YG+T participants.



The activities included in the programme are:

• Several one day plenary events led by high level professionals from a variety of fields

• Long term projects designed, planned, completed and evaluated by teams of students

• Online peer support and

• Structured online materials and tutorials.



The outcomes will be that young people will be able to:

• Make a compelling argument

• Develop new activities

• Be more mature in dealing at a high level with adult figures



The students’ school communities will benefit as the students are equipped to make a real contribution to the world around them.
