Our aim is to help young people to flourish, to be positive agents in their own futures and to make a contribution to their communities.
KFES' Need a Direction Programme
Need a Direction offers young people (aged 16-19) who are not in work the opportunity to develop skills to give a better chance of moving into a career of choice.
It also offers the opportunity to work on improving qualifications.

Options include: Catering, Retail, Hairdressing, Gardening, Outdoor survival and more
It is possible to join our programme at any time and stay with the programme for as long as necessary.
Bicester Monday and Wednesday 10am-4pm (at the Courtyard)
Didcot Thursday and Friday 10am-4pm (at the Vibe)
We work in partnership with many other organisations to bring high impact, high quality programmes to young people and the professionals who work with them.
