Behaviours, Attitudes, Mindsets (BAM)- with OLSP
Working across sectors, with business, adult learners, schools and colleges this project seeks to develop ways to develop emotional intelligence. In response to the Oxfordshire Skills Survey, the BAM project seeks to develop self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship management.

The National Teacher Centre
The National Teacher Centre is a new organisation dedicated to finding a better way to teach young people. Focused on our enablement model, programmes seek to provide educational professionals with the tools they need to effect deep and sustained learning in young people.

Oxfordshire 14-19 IAG online tools - AWP, ILP, CAP
Young people are faced with a bewildering choice of qualification from a very early age. Getting the right information, advice and guidance is crucial. Implementing this suite of online tools to support young people will mean that they can access impartial information in a timely manner, relate it to their on experiences and make informed applications.

South East Oxfordshire 14-19 Development - implementation of diplomas
Providing ways for young people to learn so that they succeed and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need for their future is crucial. South East Oxfordshire is seeking to develop the range of programmes on offer to its 14 year olds, so that they can find the most appropriate route for them. Beginning with the IT and Creative and Media Diplomas in September 2009, we are adding Environment and Land Based, Sport and Active Leisure and Hair and Beauty from September 2010.
