Behaviours Attitudes and Mindsets
Today's workforce needs to be more highly qualified than in previous generations. While there are (and always will be) jobs available that require few or no qualifications, the majority of the employment available in today's labour market requires skills.
Qualifications are not, however, sufficient.
Having the right Behaviours, Attitudes and Mindsets can make the difference between success and failure.
Those people who demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence will often be more enterprising, more successful, more motivated and happier than those who do not.
KFES Ltd has been working with the Oxfordshire Economic Partnership to develop a programme for schools, colleges, businesses and other organisations to develop their emotional intelligence and therefore the behaviours, attitudes and mindsets of all those involved.
